This page is intended for organizations named in the Division B Joint Explanatory Statement, Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 as recipients of FY26 Community Projects Spending/Congressionally-Directed Funding. Only these organizations are eligible to receive Community Projects grant funding in the amount indicated to conduct a project for the specified purpose.

The below trainings/checklists are recommended for all CP recipients:
- Grants Application 101: Budgetary Forms - SF-424, 424A, 424B, and Budget Narrative: Budgets provide a financial blueprint and assist in complying with cost limitations, restrictions, and requirements outlined in the FOA. This webcast provides a brief introduction to the budget forms required to submit a grant application.
- Grants Application 101: A Plain English Guide to DOL Competitive Grants: Grant applicants will understand DOL Federal Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) and learn how applications are evaluated.
- SMART Grants Management: This eLearning curriculum is designed for individuals involved in managing DOL-ETA grants, including frontline staff, grant monitors, and board members. It provides a solid introduction to key aspects of the grants management lifecycle, all the way from pre-award to closeout. The main portion of the curriculum includes topics like subrecipient oversight, monitoring and audits, procurement, property management, internal controls, financial and performance reporting, budget management, and more.
