This session, dedicated to your internal fiscal representatives, will introduce attendees to foundational cost principles and cost classification standards for managing federal grants, with a focus on Employment and Training Administration (ETA) programs.

The session will highlight the factors of allowability, prohibited costs, and SMART practices for ensuring robust financial management systems. Attendees will gain practical guidance on documentation, prior approvals, and strategies for maintaining compliance and transparency in grant management.
